Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12 noon Monday-Friday will be dispatched that same day. Orders placed after noon will be dispatched the next working day. None of our couriers collect from us on Saturday or Sunday, so any order placed after noon on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Delivery Speed & Tracking

The vast majority of orders arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch. However, please allow 7 working days before contacting us about deliveries. Tracking information will be emailed to you along with your order confirmation.

Delivery Methods

At the checkout we will offer you the best value delivery methods available from our shipping partners Royal Mail,DPD and UPS. The options displayed will depend upon your location and the size and weight of your order. Select your country/region from the menu below to see full details.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £50. When you qualify for our free shipping option, we will choose the courier that offers the best service for your order.

Delivery to Work/Business Addresses

If you choose to have your order delivered to a business address, we can not be held responsible if a colleague signs for the order and doesn’t pass it along to you. We consider the order delivered when anyone at the address you nominate for delivery signs for it and will not accept claims for non-delivery in these circumstances.

Delivery to PO Boxes/Mail Forwarders

We will not dispatch orders to PO boxes or third party services such as mail handlers and forwarders. This is because we cannot get sufficient proof of postage. Such orders will be refunded.
